Sex Counselling

Sex, intimacy, and the stuff we don’t talk about (but should).

What I Offer

Many people struggle with sex and intimacy at some point in their lives—but it’s rarely talked about openly. You might feel anxious, disconnected, stuck in patterns you don’t understand, or unsure how to even begin addressing it.

In our work together, we create a space where you can talk about sex, desire, boundaries, and relationships openly—without judgment or pressure. I bring both clinical training and a direct, honest approach to help you better understand what’s going on and move toward the kind of connection you actually want.

What I can help with:

  • Performance anxiety

  • Low or mismatched desire

  • Difficulty with arousal or orgasm

  • Pain during sex

  • Shame, guilt, or anxiety related to sex

  • Navigating non-monogamy or complex relationship structures

  • Communication around needs, boundaries, and consent

  • Rebuilding intimacy after conflict, betrayal, or life transitions

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I’m not here to just nod along—I will gently challenge you, help you notice patterns, and support you in having conversations and making changes that might feel uncomfortable but meaningful.

We’ll move at your pace, but we won’t avoid the things that matter.

Who this is for:

  • Individuals

  • Couples

  • People in non-traditional or polyamorous relationships
