Polyamorous & Non-monogamy Counselling

Navigating polyamory, open relationships, and ENM—with honesty and care.

What I Offer

Polyamorous and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships can be deeply fulfilling—but they also come with unique challenges that aren’t always understood or supported in traditional therapy spaces.

You might be navigating communication breakdowns, jealousy, boundaries, mismatched needs, or the complexity of multiple relationships. Or you may simply want a space where your relationship structure doesn’t need to be explained or justified.

In our work together, you won’t need to educate me or defend your choices. I offer a space that is open, affirming, and grounded in curiosity—so you can explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you want moving forward.

What I can help with:

  • Opening up a relationship or transitioning into non-monogamy

  • Communication and boundary-setting

  • Jealousy, insecurity, and comparison

  • Navigating multiple partners and relationship dynamics

  • Mismatched expectations or needs

  • Repairing trust after conflict or breaches of agreement

  • Exploring relationship values and structures that actually fit you

My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I won’t pathologize non-monogamy or assume there’s one “right” way to do relationships. At the same time, I will gently challenge patterns that aren’t working and support you in having the conversations that matter—even when they’re uncomfortable.

We’ll move at your pace, but we won’t avoid the things that are keeping you stuck.

Who this is for:

  • Individuals exploring or practicing non-monogamy

  • Couples opening up their relationship or navigating challenges

  • Polycules or multiple partners (as appropriate)

  • People new to ENM or with years of experience
