      Individual Counselling (50 min) - $150 + GST Relationship Counselling (50 min) - $180 + GST Payment can be made via credit card or e-transfer.

      Many extended health benefit plans (e.g. Blue Cross, Sunlife, ManuLife, Great West Life, etc.) will reimburse you for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Clinical Counsellor or Psychotherapist. My RCC # is 20731. 
 Please check with your Insurance Provider for details on your specific coverage and requirements.
 At this time, I do not direct bill to insurance companies. I will provide you with a receipt once the session is paid in full and this can be submitted to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.

      I require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you are running late please contact me ASAP. If you haven’t contacted me and are 15 minutes late, I will assume it is a missed session and you will be charged the full amount for the session.

      In-person sessions will take place at OneSpace, 1187 Odlum Drive. There is free street parking available and transit a block away.

      Online sessions are delivered through a secure video platform called Jane. A link is sent to your email before the session and does not require you to download any programs.

      The first session is about learning about you - what brought you to counselling, a bit about your background and current life, and what you are looking to get out of counselling. 
 It’s also an opportunity to see if I am the right counsellor for you and to ask any and all questions you have about my process and counselling in general.
