Individual Counselling

No shame. No pressure. Just space to figure your stuff out—with someone who gets it.

Life can get heavy—whether it's anxiety that won't shut up, burnout that keeps creeping in, or old stuff that still lingers. Individual counselling offers a space to pause, sort through the noise, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real and manageable.

I provide a non-judgmental, collaborative space where you can speak freely and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. My approach is evidence-based and down-to-earth, drawing from EFT, mindfulness, CBT, and psychoeducation—always tailored to your needs, not a one-size-fits-all model.

Together, we’ll identify patterns, unpack the roots of your challenges, and develop tools that actually work in the context of your real life—not just in theory. No pressure to have it all figured out—just a space to show up, be honest, and begin where you are.

Things we might tackle together:

  • Anxiety and depression that just won't quit

  • Low self-worth or imposter syndrome

  • Burnout (hello, capitalism)

  • Big life transitions or identity shifts

  • Relationship patterns you’re ready to rethink

  • Trauma, past or present

Relationship Counselling

Relationships are complex—monogamous, polyamorous, open, fluid, or somewhere in between. Therapy gives you the space to sort things out, strengthen your connection, and navigate what’s actually going on under the surface.

I work with all types of relationships—from couples to throuples to solo-poly constellation tangles—and offer a space where every voice matters. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, focused on unpacking what’s working, what’s not, and how each person can move toward more clarity, connection, and mutual respect.

We’ll look at communication patterns, power dynamics, emotional needs, and whatever else is playing out beneath the surface—without shaming or pathologizing anyone in the room. My role isn’t to take sides or “fix” people, but to help you better understand yourselves and each other, and find new ways forward that actually work for your relationship as it exists—not what it's “supposed” to be.

Topics that often come up in relationship counselling:

  • Communication breakdowns or blowups

  • Trust issues and boundary renegotiations

  • Sex and intimacy (including mismatches in desire or style)

  • Values and long-term vision

  • Emotional labor, fairness, and unmet needs

  • Navigating polyamory, open relationships, and non-traditional structures

Online & In-Person Sessions

Therapy should fit into your life—not the other way around. That’s why I offer both online and in-person sessions, depending on what works best for you.

Online counselling allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space—no commute, no parking, no rushing across town. Many clients find they feel more at ease opening up from home, especially when juggling a busy schedule or managing anxiety.

But for some, nothing beats the feel of being in the room with someone. If you prefer the energy of face-to-face connection or need a more private space than home can offer, I also provide in-person sessions in a welcoming office in East Vancouver.

Either way, you’ll have access to a safe, supportive space—tailored to meet you where you’re at.
